Recipe Bean pudding (Moi Moi) :



 Moimoi or Moyi-Moyi is a Nigerian steamed bean pudding made from a mixture of washed and peeled black-eyed peas, onions and fresh ground peppers (usually a combination of bell peppers and chili or scotch bonnet). It is a protein-rich food that is a staple in Nigeria.



This is steps to step on how to make moi moi.

STEP 1...


BEANS    -  LIKE  5 CUPS OR MORE

GRANDNUT OIL   -  1/2 MILK CUP

FRESH FISH  -  1 OR 2 MEDIUM SIZE

SHOMBE   -  TO TASTE
 (10 - 15 pieces will be enough for that 5 cups)

MIX SPICE  -  HALF TABLE SPOON (Ingredients)

CURRY POWDER
 (OPTIONAL)  -  HALF TABLE SPOON

CRAYFISH   -  ENOUGH TO SERVE

PEPPER   -  TO TASTE

SALT   -  TO TASTE
FOIL
STEP 2..
Method of preparation.
Soak beans for about 10 mins, wash and remove the epicarp (back of the beans), add Onion, pepper shombe, crayfish, debone the fish and add to it. (remove the bone from the fish)

Grind all together or you cook you cook the fish differently and pour the stock when mixing.
Pour the grandnut oil inside it, add cube (Maggi) little salt, curry, mix spice and stir it.  Correct the seasoning (ingredients)  and scoop in to foil.  Put it in pot and pour hot water into.
Cook for about 30 - 35 mins,  bring down,
The food is ready.
